Refund & Rescheduling Policy for Classes and Courses

As I am a small business, I don’t have the resources that a large organisation would have. Therefore, last-minute cancellations or no-shows significantly impact my ability to fill the spot, which I can’t recover without adequate notice. To help maintain the smooth operation of my business and ensure fairness to all participants, please review the following policy for Classes and Courses

Classes 

  1. Refunds

    1.1 A full refund is available for cancellations made at least one week before the event. 

    1.2 Cancellations made less than one week before the event are not eligible for a refund, unless due to exceptional circumstances (see below). 

  2. Rescheduling

    2.1 You may reschedule to an alternative date if you notify me by email at least 24 hours before the event. Rescheduling is subject to availability. 

    2.2 If the new date has a higher price, you must pay the difference to confirm the rescheduled booking. If the new date is less expensive, the difference will be issued as a credit for future bookings. 

  3. No Shows and Missed Classes

    3.1 If you miss a class without notifying me in advance, no refunds or rescheduling options will be available

    3.2 I require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a class. If you notify me within this timeframe, I will do my best to accommodate you by rescheduling to another day, subject to availability. However, rescheduling is not guaranteed and will depend on space in future classes. 

Courses 

  1. Refunds

    1.1 A full refund is available for cancellations made at least three weeks before the course start date. 

    2.1 For cancellations made between one and two weeks before the start date, a 70% refund will be provided. 

    2.3 Cancellations made less than one week before the start date are not eligible for a refund, unless due to exceptional circumstances (see below). 

  2. Rescheduling

    2.1 You may reschedule to a future course date if you notify me by email at least 48 hours before the course start date. Rescheduling is subject to availability. 

    2.2. If the new course date has a higher price, you must pay the difference. If the new course date is cheaper, the difference will be issued as a credit toward future bookings. 

    2.3 If you miss one individual day of the course, you may reschedule that day only to an alternative date, subject to availability. No refunds will be provided for the missed day. 

  3. No Shows and Missed Courses

    3.1 If you miss a course or individual day without notifying me in advance, no refunds or rescheduling options will be available

    3.2 I require at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule a course or day. If you notify me within this timeframe, I will do my best to accommodate you by rescheduling to another course or day, subject to availability. However, rescheduling is not guaranteed and will depend on space in future classes or courses. 

Exceptional Circumstances 

I understand that unexpected situations, such as illness or emergencies, can occur. If you are unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances: 

Please notify me as soon as possible, preferably before the event or course begins. 

Depending on the situation, I may offer: 

  1. Rescheduling to an alternative date, subject to availability. 

  2. A credit toward future bookings, valid for 4 months
